The Pyramid of Kukulcan
is in desperate need of an escalator and a
drive-thru window.

It was like this when I found it. Honest.

Snake heads adorn the base of each
stairwell around the pyramid.
Although not scientifically proven,
many theorize this was the way
ancient Mayans deterred unwanted family
from just dropping in unannounced.
